Our Pharmacy Partnerships
Last Updated: February 20, 2026
At Transformation Health, we believe that the quality of your medication is just as important as the care provided by your provider. To ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy, we partner exclusively with a select group of licensed, US-based compounding pharmacies that specialize in sterile metabolic medications.
Why Quality Matters
Our partner pharmacies are chosen for their expertise in sterile compounding. This specialized process ensures that your metabolic medications are prepared in controlled environments that meet rigorous state and federal safety regulations.
How Pharmacy Assignment Works
To provide you with the fastest possible service, we manage a dynamic distribution network.
- Selection: The exact pharmacy is assigned the moment your provider signs your prescription.
- Logic: Assignments are based on current pharmacy capacity and your geographic location to minimize shipping times.
- Transparency: While you cannot pre-select a pharmacy, you will always know exactly who prepared your medication. The specific pharmacy name and contact information will be clearly listed on your prescription label and your shipping confirmation email.

We only work with reputable, US-based pharmacies. Examples include:

Understanding the Relationship
Transformation Health acts as your telehealth platform and care coordinator. It is important to note:
- Independent Entities: Transformation Health is not a pharmacy. We do not control or interfere with the independent clinical judgment of the pharmacists.
- Direct Care: By using our platform, you are entering into a professional relationship with these third-party pharmacies for the fulfillment of your prescriptions.
- Verified Standards: Every partner in our network is fully licensed and operates within the United States.
Questions about your shipment? Once your order is assigned, you can find the specific contact details for the dispensing pharmacy in your patient portal or on your medication packaging.
Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my medication? Once your provider approves your treatment and the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for processing and dispensing. After the package leaves the pharmacy, standard overnight or expedited shipping is used to ensure the product arrives promptly.
How will I know when my order has shipped? You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number the moment your package is scanned by the carrier. This email will also identify which of our partner pharmacies fulfilled your order.
Cold-Chain Storage & Safety
Does my medication need to be refrigerated? Many of our metabolic medications are temperature-sensitive. If your specific medication requires refrigeration, it will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain the necessary temperature during transit.
What if my package arrives and the cold packs have melted? It is normal for cold packs to be soft or liquid upon arrival. As long as the interior of the insulated container feels cool to the touch, the medication is safe to use. If the medication arrives at room temperature or higher, please contact the dispensing pharmacy listed on your label immediately.
Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery? In most cases, a signature is not required, allowing the carrier to leave the package at your door. Because these medications are often temperature-sensitive, we strongly recommend tracking your package closely so it can be moved to a refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery.
Pharmacy & Prescriptions
Can I choose which pharmacy my order goes to? To maintain the fastest possible turnaround times, our system automatically routes your prescription based on which licensed pharmacy has the current capacity and is closest to your shipping address. This ensures you receive your treatment without unnecessary delays.
How do I contact the pharmacy if I have a question about the vial? The contact information (phone number and address) for the specific pharmacy that fulfilled your order is printed directly on your prescription label.
